UK & Ireland’s largest independent wholesale flooring distributors, Flanagan Flooring, needed to provide their customers with access to their account information. CreativeTags designed an integrated customer portal to provide fast and secure access to key information such as outstanding invoices, credit notes, orders and deliveries.
The portal imports data from an existing ERP system and a 3rd party service for proof of deliveries via an API. Customers can login and see their account information formatted to look its best on the device they are using.
- Customers can have multiple user accounts with different levels of access

Over the last 3 years Flanagan Flooring has embarked on a massive digital transformation programme and Creative Tags were key in that vision. They designed a bespoke customer self-service portal giving us complete control of the look and feel. Off-the-shelf products didn’t offer all the features we needed/wanted. Creative Tags developed a complete solution that integrated with our ERP and 3rd-party proof-of-delivery service, creating a one-stop-shop for all our customer’s needs.
